Stylish and large rooms, I had such wonderful experience.

Greatly enjoyed Kaohsiung, the hotel was nicely decorated in teh area. The staff were exceptionally caring and created quiet atmosphere. The food was GREAT - a wide array of options. It was in a particularly good location quite a walk from Kuang Nan Fashion Shop.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was central and the staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

I enjoyed being there, the place is beautifully designed and exceptional.

As for me, the location was favourable, just off Kaohsiung as well as the port.

The breakfast was good, but the staff could have asked how I like my omelette and what ingredients I wanted. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing throughout the entire hotel, with beautiful rooms and stunning views. The pool and spa area were fabulous, and I mostly had the infinity pool to myself. The staff were helpful and the design of the hotel was minimalist and luxurious. The extra amenities like the gym, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were clean and enjoyable. The bed was soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel also offers 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, restaurant, and paid airport shuttle. my stay was mind-blowing and well worth the expense.

Exceptional hotel, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, decent location in teh area. Location: the venue was so close to Kaohsiung and Taiwan. I had coffee at Cafe Grazie, located within 10 minutes walk.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and friendly staff. The swimming pool, sauna, and bathrooms were impeccably clean, while the fitness room and outdoor pool were fantastic. The hotel's central location made transportation easy. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and appreciated the helpful staff.

Our romantic escape was marred by a few negative aspects. The noise from the nearby traffic made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy our stay.

I always return to this amazing place. They helped me with late check-out on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. Plus an infinity pool, sauna, restaurant, and more. Coming back for Easter! No regrets.

The stunning modern art piece in the lobby at Silks Club was absolutely mesmerizing. The health facilities, including the onsen and plunge pool, were top-notch. The clean and spacious rooms were of high quality. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast view of the city from the 28th floor.

From start to finish, our luxurious stay was filled with exclusive amenities that we could not have enjoyed more. The staff were attentive, friendly and made sure all our needs were fulfilled. The infinity pool was the perfect place to relax with stunning views and comfortable sun loungers. The massage and sauna facilities were of the highest quality, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options.

Although there are very few negatives to mention, I must say the public bath facilities were a minor issue. While the heated swimming pool was wonderful, the steam room was a bit too hot and could have been improved to be more comfortable.
